Where Innovation Meets Inclusion

We empower youth with disabilities through transformative science programs, groundbreaking medical device innovation, and parent-centered focus groups that shape the future of accessibility.

We believe disability is not limitation it is a catalyst for discovery. Through STEM education, assistive technology development, and community collaboration, we are building solutions with families, not just for them.

Together, we are engineering possibility.

Raised2Rise Focus Group

A Guy in the Lab

Raised 2 RISE is a community-centered focus group initiative that brings together parents of children with disabilities to share their lived experiences, challenges, and insights. The program gathers meaningful data to better understand gaps in services, accessibility, education, and support systems. By elevating parent voices, Raised 2 RISE transforms real stories into actionable strategies, advocacy efforts, and informed program development. The goal is to turn insight into impact creating equitable solutions, strengthening community resources, and driving sustainable change for children with disabilities and their families.

A Guy in the Lab is an inclusive summer enrichment program designed for children who are hard of hearing and have sensory disabilities. The program provides hands-on STEM activities, interactive experiments, and creative problem-solving experiences in a supportive, accessible environment. Through adaptive tools, visual learning strategies, and sensory-friendly spaces, students explore science, technology, engineering, and innovation with confidence. A Guy in the Lab empowers participants to see themselves as future inventors, researchers, and leaders while building social skills, self-advocacy, and a strong sense of belonging.

Devices for the Deaf Community

We collaborate with forward-thinking manufacturers to design and develop innovative devices that improve safety, communication, and daily living for individuals who are hard of hearing. By combining lived experience, community research, and inclusive design principles, we help create products that are practical, accessible, and responsive to real-world needs. Our partnerships focus on developing technology that empowers independence, enhances quality of life, and ensures that individuals who are hard of hearing are not just considered but prioritized in the innovation process.
