About the Founder, Isaiah Harvey
Isaiah Harvey is an exceptional 11th grade scholar, innovator, and national youth leader who was born with bilateral hearing loss and has consistently defied expectations. As the Founder of the Quantum Visionary Foundation, he is committed to expanding access to STEM, assistive technology, and inclusive innovation for underserved communities.
Isaiah made history as the first high school student recognized among the Top 20 Under 40 of Northwest Indiana, demonstrating leadership far beyond his years. In 2024, he was selected for a prestigious United States Department of Agriculture Fellowship at Purdue University through the Women and Minorities in Water and Energy Sectors initiative, where he contributed to research and policy discussions focused on sustainability and equity.
A Lovis Foundation Award recipient and NAACP Jr. Image Award honoree, Isaiah is also an inductee of the National Association of Future Scientists and Medical Leaders. He has presented at the Chicago International Summit on Education on Technology Integration, served as a TRIO Conference presenter on Immersive Learning in College for Students Who Had an IEP, and was selected for the 2026 MIT IDEA2 Cohort.
Isaiah’s journey reflects resilience, brilliance, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring that students with disabilities are seen not through limitations—but through limitless potential.
